Chante was my property manager for 4 years. It was so smooth and I was very impressed with Chante. I told her that many times. She will probably read this but I speak the truth. I remember hoping I would get $850 a month rent and she called me up and told me I negotiated you a great rent at $950. I was so happy and when I looked around at in my complex, other apartments were not getting that. It was top dollar and did not even ask for it. She worked for me. Then she told me a year and a half later that she schedules regular inspections of the unit with tenants. I never asked for that either. She did that on my behalf on her own accord. I am not her friend or relative, just a out of town investor that could not recommend her more.

Chante both helped us find our new home that we love and sell our old home. We decided to buy first then sell which was a bit nerve wracking but Chante made us feel secure that it would happen.
